A: Our charges start at RM99 per visit up to 4hours(Our coverage area.)

Q: Which area is under your coverage?

A: Our main coverage area - Bukit Jalil, Oug, Sri petaling, Kuchai lama, Salak south, Happy Garden, Desa petaling, Cheras, Petaling Jaya, Sungei besi and Puchong

Q: What should i know before hire a cleaner?

There is 3 main thing you should know

1) Cleaner is same as most of us, they deserve respect and safe working place like most of us.

2) Customers must protect their own expensive item/furniture/equipment and secure all their jewel, cash, antique. As we should not doubt someone but trust build in time, prevent is always better than cure.

3) We try our best to make sure all our cleaner is punctual to your place and next customers, we always on time to drop off and pick up our cleaner.

Q: Equipment provider

A: Our companies is not provide any equipment as we only doing basic house/office cleaning. We only have exception for daily office cleaning for first set of equipment providing by us.

Q: What is standard cleaning?

A: Standard cleaning in others word is basic cleaning, it provide normal housekeeping services such as sweeping, mopping, toilet cleaning, dusting and some light work. It is different from Spring/Move in/Renovation Cleaning.

Q: I lost item,cash / broken item

As we advice earlier, there is risk on hiring a cleaner and we advice to place all your expensive item into a safe place and locked before proceed. We shall not responsible for any loss after cleaner is leaving your place unless there is proof(cctv/video) and we should proceed to make a police report with owner and cleaner.

Q: Why we can't pick same cleaner every time we book.

A: We only provide same cleaner for office / house that book and fixed weekly/daily services. For one off currently we unable send same cleaner we will try our best if the cleaner is not appointed to others jobs. This due to if the cleaner is good, it should be appointed to somewhere fixed.
